Using the Manage tab
Use the Manage tab to view published calendar shifts and update published teams with live information. For example, update a shift for an employee if they call in sick.
Note: Any changes to published shifts are known as variances. See What are variances? for more help with this.
Choose to:
- View the published shifts in a calendar. Also view any variances applied to employee shifts.
- Hide listings for unscheduled employees.
- View the accounts summary for an employee. For example, quickly view the number of holiday hours that an employee has taken.
- Add a variance (change) to an employee shift. For example, log a holiday or sick day. You can also mark shift changes and swaps here.
- Delete a variance for an employee. For example, change a full holiday day to a half day.
- Search for employees with the right skills and availability (Filter View).
- Add variances to multiple employee shifts in bulk (Group Change).
- Delete a group change.
- Analyse staffing demands (Demand Analysis).
